On Wednesday night Kenny Omega shocked the world when he defeated Jon Moxley to become the new AEW World Champion, and after the match Omega and Don Callis ran off with the AEW World Title belt.
At the end of the show Don Callis and Kenny Omega got into a car and sped off after Callis announced that the world will hear from Kenny during next Tuesday’s episode of Impact Wrestling on AXS.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider Elite is reporting that Kenny was not at the Impact tapings last week, and that the company has filmed all of their TV for the year. The current plan is for Don Callis and Kenny Omega to film something that will be inserted into the episode.
“Kenny Omega was not at the last set of IMPACT Wrestling tapings, they are done, they have filmed all their TV for the year. I was told that the plan is this coming week Don Callis and Kenny Omega will be filming something, I assume in Canada, I don’t know for sure, for IMPACT that will inserted into the TV show”
