Survivor Series gave fans plenty to talk about over the weekend as Randy Orton returned to the ring to compete in his first match in 18 months, and CM Punk made his first appearance on WWE programming in almost a decade. WWE later confirmed that Orton and Punk will both be appearing on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw.
Ahead of WWE Raw, BWE reported that the show will have a big opening and a big closing. Now BWE is reporting that Randy Orton will be opening WWE Monday Night Raw tonight and that CM Punk will be appearing in the main event segment. WWE confirmed earlier today that the first hour of Monday Night Raw will be commercial free.
So far WWE has confirmed that The New Day, Alpha Academy, The Creed Brothers, #DIY, Imperium and Indus Sher will compete in a tag team turmoil match. The winners of the tag team turmoil match will go on to challenge The Judgment Day for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship. WWE also announced that Ivar will be facing Bronson Reed tonight.
