During Paul Heyman’s run as Executive Director of Monday Night Raw it seemed that Heyman had big plans for Aleister Black, but fans haven’t seen the former NXT Champion on WWE programming in some time. However, it seems that WWE is preparing for his return to TV.
PWInsider reports that this week WWE started filming vignettes for the return of Aleister Black. There’s no word on exactly when WWE plans to start airing the vignettes, but there’s speculation that they will start airing soon.
It’s being said that the vignettes are loosely based on Aleister Black’s childhood.
Black officially joined the main roster in 2019, and he was drafted to SmackDown last October, but he has yet to appear on the blue brand. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
