This week’s episode of Dynamite aired live from the Wintrust Arena in Chicago, IL and after the show was over AEW taped Friday’s episode of Rampage.
A familiar face returned to the company during the Rampage tapings as John Hennigan (formerly known as John Morrison in WWE) showed up and aligned himself with the QTV crew. This certainly isn’t the first time that John has appeared on AEW programming, but it looks like he could be set for a longer with the promotion this time around.
PWInsider reports that while nothing has been officially announced the belief among people backstage is that John Hennigan has signed a deal with All Elite Wrestling. It was also noted that he might be using the name Johnny Television, or possibly Johnny TV during his run with the company.
