The first ever two night SummerSlam is only one week away and anticipation for the big event is building. So far several big title matches have been confirmed for the show and it looks like another is set to be added to SummerSlam sooner than later.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that the only match that hasn’t been announced for the SummerSlam card just yet is the WWE Tag Team Championship match. According to the report the match will be a TLC match that will see The Wyatt Sicks defend their belts against DIY, Motor City Machine Guns, Fraxiom, Angel & Berto and The Street Profits.
It was also noted that when the lineup for the match was made Rey Fenix & Andrade weren’t a regular tag team, so the teams involved in the title match could potentially change. One way or another the expectation is that the WWE Tag Team Championship match will be announced shortly.
WWE SummerSlam will air live from MetLife Stadium on Saturday, August 2nd and Sunday, August 3rd and the current card can be seen below.
