This week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown is set to take place from the Moda Center in Portland, OR and it’s shaping up to be a big show. Last month at Saturday Night’s Main Event, Chelsea Green made history when she became the first ever WWE Women’s United States Champion. Now it seems that Chelsea is set to put the title on the line tonight.
WrestleVotes is reporting that Chelsea Green will be defending the WWE Women’s United States Championship against Michin this week on SmackDown. It was noted that the match was originally discussed for Saturday Night’s Main Event later this month, but it’s been confirmed that the bout will be taking place tonight.
According to sources, Chelsea Green vs. Michin will take place tonight on #SmackDown. While there was discussion of holding their Women’s United States Championship rematch at SNME 2, we can confirm the title match is set for this evening in Portland.

Chelsea Green won’t be the only champion defending her title tonight as it’s also been confirmed that LA Knight will be challenging Shinsuke Nakamura for the WWE United States Championship.
