A few weeks ago Kurt Angle announced that he would be wrestling his farewell match at WrestleMania 35, and many fans were disappointed to find out that Baron Corbin would be his final opponent.
In recent weeks fans have been pushing for John Cena to replace Baron Corbin, but it doesn’t sound like that’s the plan.
PWInsider is reporting that Cena will indeed be added to the match, but he won’t be Angle’s opponent.
According to the report, Cena will instead work as the special guest referee for the match.
