The Bloodline has been one of the most dominant factions in years and back in September Solo Sikoa officially joined the group when he helped Roman Reigns retain the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at Clash at the Castle.
Prior to his main roster call up it seemed that Solo Sikoa was on his way to becoming one of the top stars in NXT, but obviously WWE went in a different direction. Recently the former NXT star talked about his run with the brand on Superstar Crossover while noting that he feels like things worked out just fine.
“Yeah, man. I feel like before I got called up there were a lot of plans to go after that, you know? To go after Carmelo Hayes and maybe Bron Breakker? You know, generation versus generation? But I just feel like it worked out just fine, man. Just to let everybody know that I’ve never lost the North American Title. I had to give it up. So it’s two different things, you know, I never got beat for it. But yeah, man. I just felt like the plans worked out just fine, because I’m up here and I’m going after another title hopefully soon.”
Do you think WWE should have kept Solo Sikoa in NXT longer? Sound off in the comments below.
