NXT is in need of a new General Manager as Ava recently confirmed that her appearance on last week’s episode was her final appearance on the show. Ava also released a statement announcing that she had decided not to renew her WWE contract, and she is now done with the company.
With the NXT General Manager position now vacant everyone is wondering who will step into the role. It seems that Chelsea Green is interested in taking on the job as she recently pitched the idea of her becoming the new General Manager when she posted the following:

Chelsea Green has been consistently featured on SmackDown over the last few years, but she has also made frequent appearances on NXT programming, so she’s quite familiar with the brand.
So far WWE has not made any announcements regarding who will be stepping up to take on the role. Chelsea Green isn’t the only one who’s interested as former WWE star Shayna Baszler also pitched herself for the job as well.
