There are several stars on the WWE main roster who are currently dealing with injuries, and as most fans know, right now is the worst time of year to be injured for a WWE Superstar, because it’s WrestleMania season.
Now it seems that another wrestler will be sidelined for the foreseeable future, as PWInsider is reporting that Orlando Colon, better known to WWE fans as Epico, underwent surgery yesterday in Birmingham, Alabama.
Colon underwent surgery on his shoulder, but the nature of his injury, and his expected recovery time remain unknown.
Colon is currently part of the SmackDown Live brand, but he and his brother haven’t been used on TV as of late.
Speaking of injuries, Alicia Fox was recently injured while rehearsing for the first ever women’s Royal Rumble match, and now she’s out of action due to a broken tailbone.
Fox had to be pulled from the match on Sunday night, and she was also pulled from the Mixed Match Challenge.
Alicia’s injury left Goldust without a partner, but it was recently revealed that Mandy Rose is replacing her.
Rose took to Twitter to hype up her new team with Goldust.
