SmackDown Live Star Confirms Injury

There’s never a good time to be injured when you’re a WWE Superstar, but unfortunately injuries do happen from time to time and one SmackDown Live star has confirmed a recent injury. During the recent WWE live event in Madrid, Sin Cara seemed to have injured his knee after pulling down the ropes so Baron Corbin could go over. You can see how it all went down in the video clip below.

Sin Cara did not wrestle at the live event in Lisbon on Monday, and he confirmed via Twitter that he is dealing with a knee injury when he posted the following:

“By a drawback in my knee I could opt out today from the #WWELisbon. Apologies to those who attended. I hope to see them again soon 🙏🇵🇹”

It was recently reported that Sin Cara has signed a new deal with WWE and his in the midst of a renewed push on SmackDown Live.

At this point in time there’s no word on how long he might be out of the ring, so stay tuned for updates regarding his status.
