SmackDown Invades Raw, Survivor Series Matches Confirmed

This year’s WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view will be all about brand warfare, as the stars of Raw are set to face off against the stars of SmackDown Live. Jinder Mahal made the first challenge last week on SmackDown Live when he challenged Universal Champion Brock Lesnar to a match at the event, and now the match has been confirmed

Mahal vs. Lesnar isn’t the only match that’s confirmed for the event, as Raw General Manager Kurt Angle confirmed several matches for the Survivor Series on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw.

At the end of the show Kurt Angle made his way to the ring to announce the competitors for the Raw Survivor Series team, and he was interrupted by Shane McMahon and several members of the SmackDown Live roster.

Shane McMahon ordered the SmackDown roster to go after the Raw roster, and the SmackDown stars marched backstage. They came across Titus O’Neil and Apollo Crews, and The New Day led the charge as the Blue Team beat them up. The SmackDown stars then started to trash the Raw interview set backstage.

The SmackDown roster then went from locker room to locker room as they assaulted the male stars of Raw, then the female stars of Raw and SmackDown threw down in the hallway and SmackDown came out on top.

Rollins and Ambrose tried to fight off the SmackDown roster, but they didn’t last long.

Baron Corbin and Rusev forced Kurt Angle to look at Ambrose and Rollins as they were being beat down, and then they forced him back out into the arena.

Kurt came face to face with Shane McMahon in the ring and Shane told him that he wants him to bring his gold medal, and what’s left of his roster to Survivor Series so they can finish what they started. Shane then ordered everyone to leave as the show went off the air.
