Recently Shotzi found herself on the receiving end of some negative backlash after fans on Twitter targeted her following the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match. After posting a response to the negative comments Shotzi decided to completely delete her Twitter page.
Shotzi recently shared an Instagram story where she told everyone that she appreciates them checking on her, but she’s fine. She also opened up about how Twitter has not been helpful for her.
“I appreciate everyone checking on me but I swear I’m fine. I have been going through the toughest year of my personal life so it’s deeper than nasty comments, but also Twitter has not helped with my fragile mind state. Just trying to stay motivated and positive. I am focused on my own goals and not what’s on the internet.”
The Money in the Bank premium live event aired on Saturday night from Las Vegas and it was Liv Morgan who won the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match. Morgan later went on to cash in on Ronda Rousey and become SmackDown Women’s Champion.
Stay tuned for more updates on Shotzi’s status as they become available.
