If you’re in the WWE action figure collecting fandom, then this article will really excite you. If you’re just a fan of Shinsuke Nakamura this will be up your alley too. Because Shinsuke Nakamura’s first basic Mattel action figure is now on sale.
The detail is rather sick and it captures the unique face of Nakamura very well. This isn’t Nakamura’s “first in the line figure” though. Shinsuke’s first Mattel action figure was a “Defining Moments Collection” complete with two entrance jackets. But we’re sure there will be many more to come.
Since its been said Nakamura might be the new John Cena who knows what the future might hold for Shinsuke Nakamura and Mattel. One day collectors very well might be going into their favorite collectible store and saying something like, “let’s go. They only have Shinsuke Nakamura and Dolph Ziggler action figures left.”
Nakamura hasn’t actually laid down an offensive an offensive maneuver yet on SmackDown Live but you can reenact him fighting whoever you want now with this figure. Or you could just leave it in the package and never take it out to keep it in its prison like a sad Nakamura figure in a Toy Story movie like a normal person. I like to put mine next to the AJ Styles elite figure so they can talk to each other at night (Sasha Banks is also there to keep them company).
Either way, you’re making the right choice if you pick up this figure because it’s bound to only raise in value and it’ll be off the retail market soon.
But this one will always be special because it’s his first and last figure on the NXT roster. Just check the logo on it, it’s pretty sweet. At 19.99 it’s a steal for now because it’s sure to only increase in value. If you’re wondering where to find the new Shinsuke Nakamura figure, the fine folks at Ringside Collectibles have it available in the tweet below.
