The Shield is back together and everyone is super excited about it. It turns out Rollins, Ambrose, and Reigns won’t just be entertaining the fans in the United States either as they will also venture to the United Kingdom for WWE’s upcoming tour.
It was already announced the trio would be expected to join the rest of the Red Team during WWE’s tour of India but this UK tour might be something special because of a unique proposition that was just laid down.
Pete Dunne, Tyler Bate, and Trent Seven have been bringing the idea of British Strong Style to life for the past year or so on the independent circuit throughout the UK. But for some reason, the trio haven’t aligned with each other in WWE just yet.
It would certainly appear that the idea of British Strong Style reforming to face The Shield is a very appealing idea to Trent Seven. He proposed they get the band together on a WWE stage in order to take on The Hounds Of Justice during the upcoming WWE tour of the United Kingdom.
If they did book a six-man tag match of this magnitude it would mean a lot to a UK fanbase who might have been watching Dunne, Bate, and Seven bring British Strong Style all this time. It would also be a great match as well and could possibly turn some much-needed attention toward the WWE United Kingdom roster.
It’s unknown if WWE would let them use the name British Strong Style even if they decided to book this match seeing how it was first used in Progress and Chikara. But it’s something to consider seeing how WWE has all three members of British Strong Style just sitting on the amazing roster of United Kingdom talent at their disposal.
The Shield have reformed for the UK tour….
Hmmm @PeteDunneYxB @Tyler_Bate We should have a word probably #britishstrongstyle @WWEUK
