The big 12 man tag match was the first match of the night during the WWE SummerSlam Kickoff Show, and The Usos got the win for their team.
The finish came when one of The Usos tagged himself into the match, but Chad Gable didn’t see it. American Alpha hit their finisher on Simon Gotch, then Gable went for the pin but Uso hit Gotch with a splash from the top rope to get the win. After the match there was obvious tension between The Usos and American Alpha.
Neville and Sami Zayn teamed up to take on The Dudley Boyz in the next match, and Zayn and Neville picked up the win after hitting the Helluva Kick and Red Arrow on Bubba Ray.
Sheamus and Cesaro then faced off in the first match of their Best of 7 Series and it was … who got the win.
The end came when Sheamus hit Cesaro with a thumb to the eye, then threw him into the ring post and followed up with a Brogue Kick for the win.
