Shawn Michaels is a WWE Hall of Famer, and many consider him to be a living legend thanks to the career he had inside the squared circle. As we’ve seen in the past it’s certainly not uncommon for wrestlers to get name dropped in rap songs, and HBK was recently mentioned in Eminem’s remix of “Killer” which features Jack Harlow and Cordae.
In the song Jack Harlow name drops the Heartbreak Kid in the following line: “I put these diamonds in the ring like they was Shawn Michaels.”
Shawn Michaels went into retirement after he was defeated by The Undertaker at WrestleMania 26 in the Streak vs. Career match.
The former WWE Champion did come out of retirement for one match when he teamed up with Triple H to face the Brothers of Destruction at the Crown Jewel PPV in Saudi Arabia in 2018.
DX pulled out the victory, but Michaels noted in a recent interview that he regrets the match, and you can get more on that here.
