WWE has announced that WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels will be appearing at the United Kingdom Title Tournament at Royal Albert Hall. He’s set to appear on June 18th, and he’ll be appearing alongside Triple H.

WWE has also announced that in addition to Pete Dunne’s UK Title defense against the winner of the tournament, the June 19th event will also feature an NXT North American Championship Match, an NXT Women’s Championship Match and an NXT Tag Team Championship Match, and a tag team match which will see NXT Champion Aleister Black & Ricochet face off against Velveteen Dream & EC3.
It was recently reported that WWE will likely be taping the second Mae Young Classic on August 7th and 8th, and it looks like WWE officials are moving forward with recruiting talent.
PWInsider is reporting that WWE has started to reach out to talents about working the tournament.
Some of the talents who have been contacted worked the tournament last year, and other talents have also had tryouts with the company over the last year.
