Seth Rollins had been on quite the run throughout 2025 as he picked up a win in the main event at WrestleMania 41, and he later went on to successfully cash in his Money in the Bank contract on CM Punk at SummerSlam. Unfortunately for Rollins his momentum was halted when he suffered an injury while facing off against Cody Rhodes at Crown Jewel.
The Visionary was forced to vacate the WWE World Heavyweight Championship due to the injury, but he recently stated during an appearance on the Rich Eisen Show that his recovery is on track.
“No we’re on track. We’re on track. Yeah. I got the, the brace off like last week, middle of last week. So it was nice. It’s nice to walk around like a regular person. I know there’s a lot of skepticism in your question, TJ. But you can consult my surgeon. I’m feeling alright, it’s nice to be able to get around without the brace, I’ll say that, but we’re on track.”
After Rollins relinquished the title CM Punk went on to become WWE World Heavyweight Champion at Saturday Night’s Main Event on November 1st. It was announced during Raw this week that Punk will defend his title against Bron Breakker on the January 5th episode of Raw.
