Former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins will be making an appearance in “Sharknado 4: The Fourth Awakens.” Rollins will be playing a character named AstroTech Lopez.
Seth Rollins isn’t the first professional wrestler to appear in a “Sharknado” film as both Kurt Angle and Chris Jericho have been featured in the films in the past. “Sharknado 4: The Fourth Awakens” will air on the SyFy network on Sunday July 31st.
WWE posted the following announcement on WWE.com confirming his appearance:
Seth Rollins will appear in Syfy’s film franchise “Sharknado” as AstroTech Lopez in “Sharknado 4: The Fourth Awakens,” premiering Sunday, July 31 at 8 p.m.
In addition to The Architect, the film stars Tara Reid, Gary Busey and David Hasselhoff and features appearances from Gilbert Gotfried, Steve Guttenberg and Paul Shaffer.
