The first night of the WWE Draft kicked off on Friday Night SmackDown last week, and Monday Night Raw lost one of its top stars when Seth Rollins was drafted to the blue brand.
The move to Friday Night SmackDown presents a variety of different opportunities for Seth Rollins to face some fresh opponents, but there’s at least one name he has no interest in clashing with.
During a recent episode of WWE Watch Along, Seth Rollins was asked about potential future opponents, and when Matt Riddle’s name was mentioned he made it clear that he doesn’t want to face him.
“I’ve got no interest in facing Matt Riddle at any point in my career, so he can go to Raw as far as I’m concerned.”
Rollins didn’t elaborate on his reasons for not wanting to face Riddle, but Riddle has made headlines quite a few times this year due to the accusations that were made against him as part of the #SpeakingOut movement.
One way or another it doesn’t sound like fans should expect to see a Seth Rollins vs. Matt Riddle match anytime soon.
