Seth Rollins Injured At Saturday Night’s Main Event, Match Result Reportedly Changed

For weeks now Seth Rollins has been feuding with LA Knight and the two stars finally faced off at Saturday Night’s Main Event in Atlanta. During the match Seth went for a springboard moonsault off the middle rope and he started favoring his knee as soon as he landed.

Seth Rollins sat in the corner for a while as he discussed the situation with the referee while a doctor checked on him. Eventually Rollins stood up again and LA Knight immediately hit him with the BFT then pinned him to win the match.

PWInsider is reporting that Seth Rollins was originally set to defeat LA Knight at Saturday Night’s Main Event. According to the report the decision to have LA Knight win the match was a last second call after Rollins tweaked his knee. There’s no word on the severity of the injury, but it’s being reported that all signs point to the injury being legitimate.

It’s worth noting that WrestleVotes is also reporting the sense going around in WWE is that Rollins suffered a legitimate injury. Video of Seth being helped to the back after the match has been making the rounds on social media as well.
