This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw featured an action packed main event as Seth Rollins faced off against Finn Balor in a one on one match.
The end of the match was shrouded in controversy, as it appeared that the referee messed up the count after Finn Balor pinned Seth Rollins, and Rollins later picked up the victory with a little assist from Jason Jordan.
However, the controversial pin isn’t the hot topic when it comes to this match, as everyone’s talking about the fact that Seth Rollins brought back the Curb Stomp to put Finn Balor away.
It looks like the Curb Stomp is back, and it appears that Seth Rollins will be calling it the Blackout moving forward.
Rollins has had a rough history with finishers over the last few years, as he can’t seem to find one that’s a perfect fit. No one is happier about the return of the move than Rollins himself, and he recently took to Twitter to welcome the move back into his arsenal.
Seth Rollins is going to need the move when he and Jason Jordan defend the Raw Tag Team Titles against Sheamus and Cesaro at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view on January 28.
