Seth Rollins Beats Brock Lesnar Clean At WWE SummerSlam

A few months ago Seth Rollins challenged Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 35, and when it was all said and done it was Rollins who defeated Lesnar and walked out with the belt.

At Extreme Rules Seth Rollins successfully defended the Universal Title in a Winners Take All mixed tag team match, but after the main event Brock Lesnar cashed in the Money in the Bank briefcase and won the Universal Title for the third time in his career.

A few weeks ago Seth Rollins won a battle royal on Raw to earn the right to challenge The Beast for the belt and Sunday night they finally clashed at SummerSlam.

Brock Lesnar did dominate a lot of the match, but Seth Rollins got his fair share of offense in.

It’s worth noting that at the beginning of the match the fans seemed to split, but after Seth Rollins hit a frog splash on Brock Lesnar from the turnbuckle to the announce table outside they were fully behind him.

The end of the match came when Lensnar went for the F5 but Seth Rollins countered with a superkick then hit Brock with The Stomp for the third time to win the match.
