After months of hype the WWE Raw debut on Netflix finally aired live on Monday and the show featured some big moments. Rhea Ripley defeated Liv Morgan to become the new WWE Women’s World Champion, and The Undertaker made a special appearance after the match when he rode his motorcycle around the ring then posed with Rhea.
Cory Hays of Bodyslam.net is reporting that Becky Lynch was in town for Raw and was originally set to return during the show. According to the report there were plans for Becky to appear following the Liv Morgan vs. Rhea Ripley match for the WWE Women’s World Championship. However, WWE scrapped that idea and used The Undertaker instead.
“The initial from what I heard, Becky Lynch was scheduled to appear tonight. She was in town. She was scheduled to appear within that women’s world championship segment. But instead, you got an undertaker appearance.”
Back in May of 2024, Becky Lynch made her last appearance on WWE programming when she challenged Liv Morgan for the WWE Women’s World Championship inside a steel cage. The Man failed to win the title and she parted ways with WWE shortly after as her contract expired. Lynch is still expected to return to WWE sooner than later, but an exact date for her return is unknown at this time.
