Sasha Banks On Which NXT Stars She Thinks WWE Should Could Call Up

When Sasha Banks first signed a contract with WWE, she got her start in NXT, and she truly made a name for herself during her time with WWE’s developmental brand. Sasha found success as she won the NXT Women’s Title, and more importantly, she won over the fans. By the time Sasha Banks finally got called up her popularity was at an all time high and she was a welcome addition to the main roster.

Now there’s a whole new group of wrestlers who are waiting to be called up, and during a recent interview with Rappler, Sasha named Peyton Royce and Billie Kay as two stars she would like to see join Raw or SmackDown Live.

“I think the next woman that should be called up should be Peyton Royce – I think she’s an incredible wrestler, she has a heart of gold, and she trains really, really hard. I also love Billie Kay, and I think they’re doing a great job right now in NXT, being the iconic duo. They kinda remind me of the BFFs: Charlotte, myself, and Summer Rae. They’re very entertaining, and I think if they just keep doing what they’re doing, and keep showing that they want to be the best. The possibilities for them on the main roster are endless.”

Billie Kay and Peyton Royce certainly seem like they would make great additions to the main roster, but they’re not the only stars Sasha Banks would see make the jump. The Boss also named Bobby Roode as someone she hopes to see get called up soon.

“Bobby Roode. I just watch that guy, and that guy looks like a star. He’s incredible. I’ve been to NXT TakeOver and saw his entrance live, and I’m just like, wow, this guy’s amazing. He’ll do glorious things on the main roster. I hope he gets called up very soon.”
