Last week on SmackDown Live, Daniel Bryan defeated Jeff Hardy in the main event, and he earned the right to face Samoa Joe in a Money in the Bank qualifying match.
The match ended up becoming a triple threat after Big Cass was added, and in the end it was Samoa Joe who qualified for Money in the Bank after he locked in the Coquina Clutch on Daniel Bryan and made Bryan pass out.
After the match Daniel Bryan got hit with a big boot from Big Cass as soon as he got to his feet, and Cass stood tall to end the show.
