Samantha Irvin made a name for herself as a ring announcer in WWE, and many fans were shocked when she announced her departure from the company in 2024. Irvin has yet to make her return to professional wrestling as she revealed in October of 2025 that she still had a year left on her non-compete, but she’s still active on wrestling Twitter.
Tony Khan made a brief appearance on this week’s episode of AEW Collision when he presented the CMLL World Championship and the appearance became a hot topic on social media. Triple H is known for making appearances on WWE programming, and one fan said that they hope “the sickos” keep the same energy for Tony Khan in response to the appearance.
Another fan jokingly compared the two with a tweet that referred to Triple H as an “insecure moron” which said, “Yes, Tony Khan briefly appearing in the ring without saying a word to showcase a world title in probably his 3rd on screen appearance since 2024 is exactly the same as that insecure moron putting himself front and centre of every single thing imaginable”
Samantha Irvin responded to the tweet with a response that said, “In case you been living under a rock….” The response seems to be a reference to Triple H using the line, “In case you’ve been living under a rock, WWE is on fire right now,” in promo videos.
A fan then directly asked Samantha Irvin why she was disrespecting Triple H and she responded with another tweet which said, “Oh sorry I thought this was my burner…”

At this point in time it’s not clear what Samantha Irvin has planned for her future, but she previously indicated that she’s not done with professional wrestling. One way or another her tweets seem to suggest that she isn’t interested in a potential WWE return.
