Former WWE star Ryback has legally changed his name to Ryback. Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting that a rep from the Clark County court system has confirmed that the name change was filed yesterday, and Ryan Allen Reeves will now legally be known as Ryback Allen Reeves.
Earlier this month Ryback noted on his podcast that he was trying to change his name.
“I legally went and I changed my name to Ryback, for many reasons. One of which, it was one thing that I did not own, that I created and I used before my time with WWE, and it is something that is associated with my brand and who I am, that I am very proud of. I went through the proper steps in Clark County in Las Vegas, and it cost a little bit of money.”
