Rusev had a decent run with WWE that saw him capture the United States Championship three times and work with some of the biggest stars in the business.
Last year Rusev was involved in one of the top feuds in WWE with Bobby Lashley and Lana, but his run with the company came to an end when he was released from his contract on April 15th.
Now he has shed the Rusev identity and changed his Twitter handle to @ToBeMiro, indicating that he’ll be known as Miro moving forward.
Miro is short for his real name Miroslav Barnyashev.
Lana also confirmed in a recent YouTube video that Rusev will be known as Miro moving forward.
