Sunday night Survivor Series aired live on the WWE Network, and the stars of SmackDown Live went to war with the stars of Monday Night Raw.
During the kickoff show, the tag teams of the red and blue brands competed in a traditional Survivor Series elimination match, and the Lucha House Party competed as part of Team Raw.
At one point, Kalisto was pulled from the match and replaced by Gran Metalik which created speculation that Kalisto may have suffered an injury.
However, PWInsider is reporting that’s not the case, and Kalisto’s injury was just part of the storyline and it was used as a way to get Gran Metalik into the match.
Kalisto was said to be fine backstage.
