Rumor Killer On New US Title Belt Design

Baron Corbin is the current WWE United States Champion, and he proudly carries the belt with him to the ring every week on SmackDown Live. WWE has been using the current United States Title belt for a while now, and over the past few years it’s been rumored that the company has been considering new designs for the belt.

Whether or not WWE officials are indeed moving forward with a new design at this point in time is unknown, but the Florence Civic Center recently released a photo promoting an upcoming WWE live event, and the photo features Baron Corbin with a different US Title belt on his shoulder.

Check it out below.

PWInsider is now reporting that the belt seen in the photo is actually a design that popped up online last year, and the design is a bootleg version of the US Title which was created in Pakistan.

How the design ended up on the promotional photo is unknown.

Do you think the US Title needs a new look? Sound off in the comments below.
