Kenny Omega and Jon Moxley have been feuding ever since Moxley arrived in All Elite Wrestling, and back in December Omega defeated Moxley to become the new AEW World Champion.
Moxley has been waiting to get his hands on Omega, and he’ll get his chance on Sunday night when he challenges Kenny for the AEW World Championship in an Exploding Barbed Wire Deathmatch at the Revolution pay-per-view.
Fans have had a lot of questions regarding the match, and Kenny Omega revealed the following rules along with a drawing of the ring:
-3 sides of the ring ropes wrapped in barbed wire.
-contact with barbed wire triggers explosives on corresponding side.
-‘Triple Hell’ (3 zones on the floor wired to explosives)
-30 minute countdown timer until all explosives in and around the ring detonate.
One way or another it seems that this match will not be for everyone, as it’s shaping up to be a very violent encounter.
