Ronda Rousey made her professional wrestling debut at WrestleMania 34, and she later got her first shot at the Raw Women’s Championship at Money in the Bank.
But unfortunately for Ronda Rousey, her title match was ruined when Alexa Bliss cashed in the Money in the Bank briefcase on Nia Jax.
Rousey has been chasing after Bliss ever since she cashed in the briefcase, and Sunday night they finally faced off in a one on one match at WWE SummerSlam.
Ronda Rousey wasted no time when she was introduced, as she marched right into the ring and prepared for a fight.
As soon as the bell rang, Rousey went after Bliss, but the champion dodged Rousey by stepping outside the ropes.
Ronda turned her back to Bliss and then sat down in the ring so that Alexa would feel comfortable enough to enter.
Bliss got back in the ring and applied a headlock to Ronda, but Rousey stood up with Bliss on her back and then put the champ on her shoulders before slamming her down.
Ronda rag-dolled Bliss then locked in the armbar as Bliss tapped out.
With the win Ronda Rousey became the first woman in history to win a title in UFC and a Women’s Championship in WWE.
After the match Natalya celebrated with Ronda, and The Bella Twins entered the ring to congratulate her as well.
