Ronda Rousey first made her in-ring debut with WWE at WrestleMania 34 when she teamed up with Kurt Angle to defeat the team of Stephanie McMahon & Triple H. She went on to capture numerous championships and main event WrestleMania, but she is not currently part of the WWE roster.
On Friday, Vince McMahon officially announced his resignation from TKO and the wrestling world has been reacting to the news. Ronda Rousey reacted to the news when she posted the following tweet claiming that Vince was still running things even though he was supposed to be “gone” before:
“Bruce Prichard is basically Vince’s avatar, if he’s still around Vince still has a hand in the business. Vince was still running things through Bruce when he was “gone” before”
Ronda Rousey finished up her second run with WWE last year after she was defeated by Shayna Baszler in a singles match at the SummerSlam premium live event.
In October of 2023, Ronda Rousey indicated via social media that she had retired, but she went on to return to the ring later that month at a Lucha VaVoom event. Ronda Rousey then went on to competed in matches for Wrestling Revolver and Ring of Honor in November of 2023, but she has yet to return to the ring since then.
