Sunday night Ronda Rousey signed her WWE contract at Elimination Chamber, and things got physical. During the contract signing, Kurt Angle claimed that Triple H and Stephanie McMahon said some less than flattering things about Ronda, and she didn’t like that very much.
One thing led to another, and Ronda put Triple H through a table, and she was also slapped by Stephanie McMahon before she signed her contract, but in the end she signed.
Stephanie McMahon appeared on Raw this week, and demanded an apology from Kurt Angle, and she called the Raw General Manager out to the ring, but Ronda Rousey’s music hit instead. Kurt then followed Ronda to the ring and said she made the right choice signing with WWE. Ronda said she’s never felt so disrespected, and nobody owns her.
Kurt told her she needs to work within the system, because he needs his job. He then claimed that he lied about the things Stephanie and Triple H supposedly said about Ronda Rousey. Angle said that he had pneumonia, and the things he claimed Steph and Triple H said weren’t true. He apologized to Ronda Rousey and Steph thanked Kurt.
Steph and Triple H then tried to leave, but Ronda Rousey demanded an apology for the slap, and said she’ll rip Steph’s arm off. Steph apologized to Ronda and she thanked Kurt Angle. As Triple H and Steph left the ring, Triple H punched Kurt Angle before he made his exit.
Ronda checked on Kurt as the show went off the air.
It seems that WWE is setting up a Ronda Rousey & Kurt Angle vs. Triple H & Stephanie McMahon mixed tag match for WrestleMania 34.
