Sunday night was the night and Survivor Series was the place. The WWE Title tournament came down to Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns in the finals and it was Roman Reigns that earned the right to call himself WWE Champion. After a long back and forth match, Dean Ambrose was running from the corner toward Roman Reigns when he ran right into a spear.
Reigns then pinned Ambrose to win his first WWE Championship. Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns hugged as Ambrose congratulated Roman Reigns and then left the ring. Confetti flew around and pyro went off as Roman Reigns celebrated. Triple H then came out and raised Roman’s arm. Triple H extended his arm for a handshake and Roman walked away. Roman then speared Triple H.
Sheamus comes out of nowhere and cashes in his Money in the Bank briefcase. Sheamus hits Roman Reigns with two Brogue Kicks to win the title. Sheamus celebrates with Triple H to close the show.
