Roman Reigns Post-Royal Rumble Feud Possibly Revealed

This Sunday, Roman Reigns will challenge Kevin Owens for the WWE Universal Championship at the Royal Rumble. There is a lot of speculation about WWE planning a huge title change because both men are being set up for their Wrestlemania feuds sooner rather than later.

The expectation is Kevin Owens will be entering into a feud with Chris Jericho soon, but it’s still a matter of debate if their feud will have, or even needs the WWE Universal title. On the other hand, Reigns’ feud heading into WrestleMania has been a hot topic among WWE fans.

According to a report from Pro Wrestling Unlimited, Roman Reigns is being advertised for matches with Braun Strowman during WWE live events following the Royal Rumble. The two men are scheduled for matches during live events as early as next weekend.

On paper, house shows don’t have a great deal of influence on WWE television and creative plans, but they are also used for two WWE stars to practice together in the ring, especially if they’re feuding on WWE programming. There has been a lot of speculation about Braun Strowman and Roman Reigns feuding into WrestleMania 33, so this news will only add more fuel to the fire.
