Last night at WrestleMania 32 Roman Reigns defeated Triple H in the main event to become the WWE World Heavyweight Champion for the third time in his career. This Roman made an appearance on The Today Show along with the WWE Women’s Champion Charlotte, and he was asked about who he wants to face next. He brought up The Rock’s name and mentioned how John Cena just returned. He then looked at the camera, grabbed his title and said, “Hey John Cena, the champ is here.”
The hosts then reminded Roman that John Cena is an honorary co-host of The Today Show and they told Roman that he’s in Cena’s house. Roman then responded by saying, “I’m in your living room, I’m about to go in your fridge and eat your food, so you tell me what to do.”

John Cena made his surprise return last night at WrestleMania 32 when he helped The Rock fend off The Wyatt Family. Cena has been out of action for months now but he recently confirmed that he’s been cleared to compete and he’s ready to return. WWE is teasing his status for tonight’s show. They posted the following in their weekly Raw preview:
“If the emergence of The Rock on The Showcase of The Immortals wasn’t enough, the surprise return of John Cena to help The People’s Champion obliterate The Wyatt Family was simply amazing.
Does his reemergence mean, however, that the 15-time World Champion will actually return to Raw tonight? There’s no denying that the absence of the Cenation leader has been felt and speculation is already running wild. If he is back, he will no doubt look to make up for lost time. But, where will he choose to focus his pent-up aggression?”
[…] It looks like there’s already a main event feud waiting for John Cena whenever he does return full time. Roman Reigns was asked who he wants to face next on The Today Show Monday morning and he called John Cena out. […]
