Over the past few years several talents have left ROH and signed with WWE, and they’ve found some major success. Seth Rollins has been one of WWE’s top stars for years now, and names like Samoa Joe and AJ Styles are currently dominating the roster.
Down in NXT names like Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish have been doing well for themselves, and now it appears that a popular Ring of Honor Tag Team could be WWE bound.
PWInsider is reporting that War Machine, Hanson and Ray Rowe, are currently in the process of signing with WWE.
It was noted that they are not officially signed just yet as they’re going through the appropriate medical tests and waiting for background checks. The team finished up with ROH at the recent TV tapings, and they’re set to finish up with NJPW in January.
With WrestleMania season just around the corner, it will be interesting to see what happens with War Machine if they do indeed sign with WWE, as they’ll surely make a great addition to the tag team division.
Richochet is also expected to join WWE soon, and that Impact Wrestling made a play for him but it didn’t work out.
The report notes that they will be announced as the new class of NXT in January.
