WWE recently announced that Eric LeGrand will be receiving the Warrior Award at this year’s WWE Hall of Fame ceremony, and The Rock recently announced that the third season of “Ballers” will premiere on HBO on July 23rd. LeGrand reached out to The Rock on Twitter and he noted that he hopes to see him at WrestleMania in a few weeks.
Either The Rock is being coy, or he genuinely doesn’t know if he’ll be able to appear at the event because he noted on Twitter that he’s going to “try” to make it.
The Rock made his return to WrestleMania at WrestleMania 28 where he defeated John Cena, and he’s made at least an appearance at the show of shows every year since then.
It would certainly be nice to see The Great One make an appearance at WrestleMania 33, let’s just hope that if he does appear he doesn’t squash any members of The Wyatt Family this year.
There’s been a lot of talk about brass rings over the past few years in the WWE and who has what it takes to grab them and who doesn’t. Dolph Ziggler has been trying to grab brass rings for years now and on SmackDown Fallout this week he said that no one else will be able to grab the brass ring, because he is the brass ring, and no one can touch him.
Bold words from Dolph Ziggler.
