There are many people who work for WWE, but everyone knows that Vince McMahon is at the top of the ladder. The Chairman of the Board is the one who steers the WWE ship, and it’s best to not get on his bad side.
Road Dogg recently opened up about his relationship with Vince McMahon on the After The Bell podcast with Corey Graves.
During the podcast the former WWE Tag Team Champion explained that one time he was attending a WWE creative meeting via telephone, and he called Vince out for being late. Road Dogg went on to explain that he immediately regretted his decision.
“I was at my daughter’s softball game, and it took so long for him to get on. He finally hopped on, I was not in the room, I was on the phone preoccupied, and he goes, ‘Hahaha, right on time.’ I said, ‘Yeah, right on time if you’re three hours late!’ and not a peep was made on my phone call. I knew right then I should not have said that I immediately regretted saying that.”
He went on to say it was just one of many times went he went too far.
Road Dogg currently works in NXT with Triple H.
