Road Dogg became a WWE Hall of Famer during WrestleMania weekend, but it doesn’t look like he’ll be working on the main roster moving forward.
PWInsider is reporting that Road Dogg is now working for NXT full-time. He recently started working at the WWE Performance Center, but his exact role and title have yet to be confirmed.
The former Intercontinental Champion recently made a cameo on the WWE Combine broadcast.
Brian James stepped down as co-lead writer of SmackDown Live in April.
When he stepped down it was reported that he did so because he had grown frustrated with Vince McMahon making changes to the SmackDown Live scripts, and it was said that during the SmackDown tapings in Brooklyn last month he finally hit a breaking point.
