NXT has been going through some major changes ever since the brand was relaunched as NXT 2.0 last year, and the brand was recently hit with another wave of releases. Key figures such as Road Dogg and William Regal are now gone from WWE, and following his release Road Dogg issued the following statement on Facebook:
“Guys, I’m doing well and I thank you for all the love. I’m gonna take a few days for my self and process this. God is still on the throne and will provide. It’s just business!”
Following the releases it was reported that WWE is directly removing Triple H hires from NXT as the brand moves in a new direction with NXT 2.0. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
