This week’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw took place from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA and RK-Bro put the Raw Tag Team Titles on the line against Alpha Academy.
RK-Bro have had quite the reign with the Raw Tag Team Titles, but their run came to an end on Monday night when Alpha Academy won championship gold.
The end of the match came when Randy Orton went for RKO on Chad Gable, but Gable blocked it and pushed Orton into the corner, and Gable tagged Otis. Orton went for the RKO on Chad Gable again, but Gable blocked it then shoved him into Otis and Otis hit Orton with a powerslam to win the match and the titles.
Randy Orton and Riddle have been champions ever since they defeated AJ Styles and Omos to win the belts at the SummerSlam pay-per-view in August of 2021. With WrestleMania season right around the corner it will be interesting to see where they go from here now that they’re no longer champions. Stay tuned for updates.
