For years now Jimmy Uso has been consistently featured on WWE programming, but it’s been a while since fans have seen the former Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champion. Jimmy Uso was written off TV during the April 12th episode of Friday Night SmackDown when Tama Tonga debuted and Solo Sikoa had Jimmy removed from The Bloodline.
Recently Jimmy Uso’s father Rikishi shared an update on his son’s status on his Off The Top podcast when he said, “Jimmy’s doing fine. I think at any given moment, hopefully that Jimmy will be ready to come back to be able to do what he loves.”
Rikishi got the wrestling world talking on Wednesday when he posted the following tweet calling for prayers for Jimmy Uso:
“Dear GOD for strength & health to continue #JimmyUso #wwe #Bloodline #Anoai #Fatu
Stay prayed for my boy #JonathanFatu”
It was reported months ago that Jimmy Uso is out of action due to an undisclosed injury. Jimmy was not drafted in the 2024 WWE Draft that took place earlier this year.
Stay tuned for updates.
