Randy Orton and Riddle were on a roll as RK-Bro, but their momentum was halted a few months ago when they dropped the Raw Tag Team Titles to The Usos. The team have yet to reunite following their loss to The Usos because Orton has been out of action due to a back injury.
It’s not clear at this point in time how long Orton could be out of the ring as it’s rumored that he could be sitting on the sidelines for the remainder of the year.
Riddle recently shared an update on The Viper’s status while speaking with ProSieben MAXX, and he noted that Orton is in high spirits and doing well.
“Randy (Orton) is still recovering from his injuries and hopefully he’ll be back sooner than later. I can’t give more of an update because I’m not a doctor and I don’t have one so, but I know Randy’s in high spirits for sure and he’s doing well.”
With Randy Orton out of action Riddle has returned to singles competition and it’s been confirmed that he’ll be facing Seth Rollins at SummerSlam on July 30. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
