RK-Bro have become one of the most popular tag teams in WWE, and with the Raw Tag Team Titles in hand their momentum shows absolutely no signs of slowing down at the moment. Randy Orton has been pretty open about the friendship he’s developed with Riddle, but it seems that things got off to a rough start for the duo.
Recently RK-Bro spoke to the press during WWE’s UK tour, and Riddle recalled how he apparently rubbed Randy Orton the wrong way when they first met.
“Randy when he first met me wasn’t a huge fan. I don’t mean to rub people the wrong way, but when he told the story I was like, ‘That’s exactly what I did.’ Now I know Randy, I can see why he was like, ‘F*** this guy,’ you know? But I completely understand… that’s just who I am.”
Obviously Orton and Riddle have found great success after putting their differences aside. RK-Bro will defend the Raw Tag Team Titles against SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos in a winners take all match at WrestleMania Backlash on May 8th. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
