Anyone who follows Ricochet on social media knows that he’s anything but quiet. Ricochet often engages in conversations with fans on Twitter, but they are not always pleasant exchanges.
The AEW star is known for going back and forth with fans and he recently claimed that he’s received death threats when he posted the following:
“Its soooo hilarious that the amount of little b*****s who has tweeted and wished harm on me, who has wished even death, said some of the most VILE things to me AND my wife. People who try and make fun of me EVERYDAY. But those same little b*****s can’t take it when I do it back to people.
F*****g p*****s, everywhere.”
Sunday night at the AEW Revolution pay-per-view, Ricochet lost his AEW National Championship when he was eliminated from the Blackjack Battle Royal by Jack Perry.
AEW posted a video of Ricochet crashing out after losing the title and one fan criticized his performance when they posted a reply which said, “😂😂😂😂😂 His acting hasn’t improved.” Ricochet replied to the tweet with, “I’m glad you got MS.”
His response has been a hot topic on wrestling Twitter as a number of fans made it clear that they feel the comment crossed a line and went beyond trolling. If Ricochet’s social media history is any indication then it’s unlikely he will be backing down, or retracting his comment, despite the fact that many fans have called him out.
