Ricochet Debuts, Former World Champion Comes Out Of Retirement At AEW All In

AEW All In featured a Casino Gauntlet match with several competitors fighting for a shot at the AEW World Championship. Orange Cassidy and Kazuchika Okada kicked off the match, and the third competitor turned out to be a former ROH World Champion.

When the clock counted down and the music for the third entrant hit it was revealed to be Nigel McGuinness. Kazuchika Okada looked on as Nigel entered to a huge reaction.

Kyle O’Reilly was the fourth person to enter the match and he went right after Nigel McGuiness. The fans continued to chant for Nigel as he battled with O’Reilly. Taz on commentary questioned if he’s going to have to work Saturdays now that Nigel has returned to the ring.

Zack Sabre Jr. entered the match at number five to a big reaction from the fans. Nigel and Zack ended up facing off one on one which also got a big reaction as the fans chanted “this is wrestling.”

Roderick Strong made his entrance at number six followed by Mark Briscoe at number seven. Adam Page made his way out with very intense look on his face as he approached the ring at number eight. Page dominated the match as soon as he entered. Jeff Jarrett was then revealed to be the next entrant and he immediately went for Adam Page.

The clock counted down for one more entrant as Ricochet made his debut with All Elite Wrestling. Ricochet stood at the top of the ramp as pyro went off then he ran down to the ring and took out Adam Page. Ricochet then jumped to the top rope and took out all of the competitors outside the ring with a shooting star press.

Christian Cage who lost the AEW World Trios Championship in the opening match at All In was next to enter the Casino Gauntlet match. Cage looked beat up as he ran to the ring, so Ricochet interrupted his entrance by jumping off the top rope and hitting him with a crossbody before Christian could get in the ring.

Eventually Christian recovered and made his way into the match then Luchasaurus entered. Luchasaurus looked like he was going to attack Christian Cage, but he let him go then hit Kyle O’Reilly with a chokeslam. He put Christian on top of O’Reilly then the referee counted the pin. Christian celebrated after winning the match as Nick and Shayna Wayne stood on the ramp and clapped for him.
